Marc is an entrepreneur with a wealth of experience building brands. He has nearly two decades of global experience in every sector from packaged goods and beverage alcohol to pharma, financial services and tech.
His strategic and leadership skills have helped two ad agencies rise from obscurity to market prominence. His creative craft, meanwhile, has been recognized by virtually every international industry award for advertising and design.
Today, Marc leads Change – a company he launched in 2005 to build innovative brands. Change is focused on helping corporations understand their landscape, create innovative brands, and communicate brand benefits to consumers. He is a prolific public speaker on the subject, and his articles are seen in journals across North America.
Nicole Vingtoft
Client Services Director: Brand Strategist

Nicole is a globally-seasoned strategist and brand builder. In the past ten years, she has worked in both Europe and Canada, creating campaigns that have won at international ad festivals like Cannes and produced real business results.
She has experience across a range of sectors, from packaged goods and food / beverage to financial services, telecom and healthcare.
Her ability to keep projects on time, on budget and on brief have won her kudos from clients. Her ability to build profitable relationships, meanwhile, have made her an invaluable asset at the agencies she worked for.
She has worked at large and small agencies, in both traditional and unconventional media.
Today, she leads client services and strategy at Change – a company committed to building innovative green brands.

Vanessa Eckstein is principal of Blok Design in Mexico. She first teamed up with Change’s founder Marc Stoiber in a previous life creating the Roots Air brand. Her work with Change on projects like WUN and R-Earth has won over 15 international awards.
Tim Turner is a seasoned television producer who has managed many large projects for Change. He has the ability to marshall large forces for a project, then dissolve those forces when the project comes to a close.
Ellie Sykes is a Certified Marketing Research Professional with over 12 years experience researching all aspects of consumer behavior. She is VP Community Insights at Vision Critical, and has been an expert advisor to Change on a number of research projects.
Rob Abbott is one of Canada’s leading sustainability strategists. Over the past 20 years, he has worked across a wide range of industries, government offices, NGOs and academia. He is a frequent commentator on sustainability and the green economy, and has written 2 books on sustainable business.
Philipp Postrehovsky is passionate about building online communities that give brands the tools to build meaningful conversations with consumers. He has consulted with Change on a number of social media projects, and is currently helping Change develop a unique social media tool.
Bob Challinor is a packaging expert. In addition to being a leading force at Stephen Gould Corporation (the largest independent packaging company in North America), he has worked with Change on a number of packaging related projects.
James Spence is Group Creative Director at the BBC. Prior to this engagement, he was National Creative Director at TBWA Canada, and Creative Director at Howell Henry Chaldecott UK. He has worked on a number of projects at Change, and partnered with Marc Stoiber on a variety of projects prior to Change.
Vasil Valkov is a senior art director who works on large ad projects for Change. Vasil hails from Bulgaria, has worked for large agencies in Europe and New York, and has travelled to nearly every country in the world. He is a strong concept thinker with a portfolio of award-winning television and print work.
Valerie Thai is a graphic designer with a formidable strength in editorial art direction. She runs her own graphic design firm, and was previously a senior designer at AdBusters.
